The town is worth visiting also because of the frescoes of Benozzo Gozzoli and Pietro Vannucci called Perugino, and also for its product most known: wine Sagrantino. How to reach us

By Plane: It is possible to reach Montefalco from Rome’s airport Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and, then, by car driving A1 as far as Orte, then E45 to Terni, Spoleto and Montefalco. From Milan, Linate airport or Malpensa airport, again driving A1 as far as Val di Chiana and then Perugia, Assisi, Foligno and Montefalco. In Perugia, from the airport Sant’Egidio, with Ryanair.

By Train: From Rome’s railway station Termini to Foligno railway station.

By Bus: Again from Rome’s railway station Termini.

By Car: driving A1 as far as Orte, then E45 to Terni, Spoleto and Montefalco. From Milan again driving A1 as far as Val di Chiana and then Perugia, Assisi, Foligno and Montefalco.
